By accessing or using the LFG - Burn Ego mobile application ("App"), our website at lfgburnego.com ("Website"), or any related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

LFG - Burn Ego provides custom alarm sounds, motivational wake-up features, and audio recording capabilities. Our App allows you to:

• Set and manage custom alarms with your own recorded sounds
• Record and edit audio for use as alarm tones
• Use LFG Share (Radar) to find nearby users and share content (optional)
• Import and export audio files

Our Website provides information about LFG, collaboration opportunities, gallery content, and user account features. By using our Services, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Account Responsibility

When you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload, record, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

The Services and their original content (including but not limited to sounds, graphics, logos, UI design, text, and software) are the exclusive property of LFG Inc. and its licensors. Our branding, including "LFG - Burn Ego," remains protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit our content without express written permission from LFG Inc. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights to our content.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, record, or upload through our Services (e.g., audio recordings). By using our Services, you grant LFG Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your recordings or other user-generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase). Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Any transactions you conduct through third-party platforms are solely between you and that third party.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ALARMS WILL ALWAYS FIRE ON TIME, AS THIS MAY BE AFFECTED BY DEVICE SETTINGS, BATTERY OPTIMIZATION, OR OPERATING SYSTEM BEHAVIOR.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LFG INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LFG Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you create, upload, or share through the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app or website settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. For the mobile app, we may also notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LFG Inc. operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
